Spotify / now playing

Pro only. There is no Spotify login inside PanelOS and Premium is not required.

1. Keep the Spotify desktop app open on the same PC (browser-only often does not publish now-playing).
2. Start a track. Title, artist, progress and cover should appear on themes that show them.
3. Covers come from a public music search API, with a cleaned Windows thumbnail as fallback. The Spotify logo is never drawn.

Nothing on the panel? Pause and play once, or switch theme and back. Other media apps that speak Windows media controls can show up too.
